A Model Study on Dental Care Utilization of Some Workers
Jang Ji-Eon

Abstract
This study was carried out to examine the factors influencing the behavioral intention and behavior of works with dental disease when utilizing dental care , using the theory of planned behavior. When the effects of attitude toward the behavior, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control on their intention parameter were structurally modeled, it was found that there were the highest level of 0.35 in the subjective norm, 0.15 in the attitude toward the behavior and 0.02 in the perceived behavioral control, as well as 0.27 in the effect of their intention on the behavior. The structure model's R-square of the attitude toward the behavior, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control having an effect on the intention accounted for 20%, and behavior was 7%. The fitness of structure model showed that the structural equation model's goodness of fit index (GFI) was 0.81 and its adjusted goodness of fit index (AGFI) was 0.71 which was average, while its root mean square residual (RMSR) was 0.09 which was sown to be good. To improve the dental care utilization by workers found to have dental diseases as a result of their dental examination, the implementation of an intervention will be necessary to increased behavioral intention and care givers must pay more attention to eventually converting behavioral intention into actual behaviors.
